Steps to becoming a Vendor...
1) Choose which type of Vendor you want to be...
Standard - Gets Space for 6 foot table (Must Bring own table and chairs)
Premium - Space for a small 10X10 tent, (Must Bring own Tent, table and chairs)
2) Fill out our vendor information form for prices & dates at: VENDOR FORM
3) Pay your vendor fee via INVOICE or Cash App $Khaliseum
4) Reply to our welcome email & sign your Vendor/Sponsorship Agreement

Important Info
Standard Vendor Space (Standard Vendors are limited to place items on only one 4ft to 6ft Table/space. ALL VENDORS MUST BRING THIER OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS)
SPECIAL NOTE TO ALL VENDORS:
1) Space is limited so unless you purchase multiple Vendor slots each vendor is limited to one 6 foot table
2) Duplicate vendors are not allowed
3) All vendor fees must be paid in advance
4) Vendors MUST bring their own table and chairs unless other arrangements were agreed upon by Event Coordinator
5) Vendors who fail to show up for the event will not be refunded any fees
6) All Vendors must arrive at least 1 hour before the event time
7) Vendor space location is not predetermined it is on a first come first served basis
8) All Vendors must digitally sign their vendor agreements within 3 days of paying for thier slot
9) Dates and times are subject to change. If so you will be notified via email
10) Late arrivals may result in vendors forfeiting their payment & vending opportunity
11) All Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstance
