*Santa Monica, CA – The people have spoken, and tonight E! celebrated the best in movies, television, music and pop culture chosen solely by the fans during the network’s inaugural 2018 “The E! People’s Choice Awards” telecast, which was broadcast live from Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, Calif. across the cable networks of NBCUniversal, including Bravo, E!, SYFY, Universo and USA Network and aired in 161 countries.
Performances of the night included an electrifying show opener by Nicki Minaj, a touching tribute by John Legend to honor The People’s Champion award recipient Bryan Stevenson, and Rita Ora who performed a song from her highly anticipated new album “Phoenix.”
